Embedding cultural change

What's involved

Our programme spans approximately six months, setting the stage for enduring cultural transformation. During this period, we help you build the infrastructure necessary for teams to flourish independently. This includes engaging team sponsors and facilitating action learning groups to guide them on their path.

At the end of this transformative journey, teams have the opportunity to re-survey and gauge the improvements in their team culture.

Cultural change is so hard, its like swimming in treacle. Knowing change is needed is not the same as knowing the right things to do and how to do them. I have found the Culture Gauge Teams programme to be a powerful aid to creating the conditions for our staff to be their best.
